Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to SiteAutomate, including the SiteAutomate Mobile app, web portal, network management features, AI-assisted operations, alerting, and remote access services.

Apple Standard EULA

For SiteAutomate Mobile distributed through the Apple App Store, your license to use the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies. Apple's standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account and organization information and promptly update it when it changes.

Authorized Use

You may use SiteAutomate only for sites, controllers, devices, and systems you own, administer, or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for obtaining all permissions required before connecting any network controller, server, endpoint, or remote access agent.

Subscriptions

Auto-renewable subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Service Availability

We work to provide reliable access to SiteAutomate, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party service failures, or events outside our control. Features may change as we improve the product.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SiteAutomate to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with third-party systems, bypass access controls, reverse engineer the service, overload infrastructure, or perform unauthorized access, scanning, monitoring, or remote control.

Customer Data

Customers retain responsibility for the network, device, and operational data they submit to SiteAutomate. We process customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
